Refund & Cancellation

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Advance Payment

Bookings may require full or partial advance payment.

2. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation must be done at least 6 hours before the appointment.

Late cancellation may attract charges up to 100%.

No-show appointments are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by Company

We may cancel due to:

Staff unavailability

Safety concerns

Force majeure

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated within 5–10 working days.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

Processing time depends on bank/payment gateway.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund will not be issued if:

Service is already delivered.

Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preference.

False claims are made.
